This is a short transfer day from Jaipur to Abhaneri. We left the hotel at 10:30am and the shuttle bus was only a 3hr drive.
We had a toilet stop at a temple along the way. The highway was bordered by lush farmland.
Abhaneri is primarily known for the amazing stepwell (Chand Baori stepwell). It is a small village. This is a good time to get some rest as Jaipur was a rush for me to see all the main sites.
Nothing else to really see besides the stepwell and the adjacent Harshad Mata Temple.
Many members in the tour group are getting sick or recovering from sickness. I am feeling very good after my flu. The air is very dry and when you wake up in the morning you jave a dry throat. It is important to drink throughout the night or suck on a lozenge.
