We stayed the night in Kotor. This allowed for a great hike this morning.
Kotor has the nice fortess wall and the old town. There is great hiking in Kotor as there is a lot of terrain past the Kotor Old Town lookout. If I had known about the higher hiking trails I would have spent much more time there.
The fortress wasn't really that impressive once you were inside. It looked way much better from the outside.
The afternoon boat ride was a great way to see the bay and to go out to the Adriatic Sea. I had a quick swim from the boat outside of the Blue Cave. The sea was a very comfortable temperature.
This was a good day as I got to do some much needed exercise.
