This is Intrepid holiday so its just simple troddle.
2km up and 2km down (different route up and down).
Stayed at a ski lodge where the owner was also the guide. He was a brilliant guide!
We had a lot to do and see when I discussed with the guide to 'do more' than what was on the itinerary. The day guide was awesome and took us to every good sightseeing spots...normally for 'premium' customers. I took the piss out of them as that should have been for normal activity. Otherwise, it would have been boring.
We all had great laughs on this day.
Saw over to Russia.
It was fun day indeed.
If you are out this way you should stay at the Gela Burduli. Food was fantastic as well as the guide and hospitality.
