Before we left for Gudauri, we stopped off at the Telavi markets.
Then it was straight over to the Tsinandali Estate. A very nice place set in wine country.
There is a massive winery facility perfectly setup for functions and conventions (the Radisson backs onto it). High class indeed. As always, some preparations were being undertaken for a wedding.
One member of the tour group took a picture from yesterday of the bride and groom at the Gremi Complex. It seemed funny that the bride was all dressed up and the groom was...to say it nicely...underdone.
Is this the modern trend? In my wedding planning days, the groom should definitely have taken it up a notch. That would have been perfect.
It was a long 4hr+ drive to Gudauri over big hills/mountains. Got there at 7pm.
